In 1997, I developed the Bridge CA model for managing risk and trust in a multi-administrative PKI. The Bridge CA model was adopted by the Federal PKI in 1998 and is being considered by other communities of interest. 

In 1999, I began a series of workshops for developing the Certificate Management Protocol after being asked by a group of vendors to repeat his IPsec development success.  This led up to involvement in the PKI Forum
